Gaza death toll rises to 65,549, health ministry says

The Palestinian health ministry in Gaza said on Friday that the official death toll from Israel’s genocide in Gaza has climbed to 65,549 since 7 October 2023.

The ministry added that at least 167,518 people have been wounded during the same period.
