Death toll from Israeli attack on Sanaa rises to eight, Houthis say 

Officials of the Houthi movement, officially known as Ansar Allah, said on Thursday that eight people have been killed and 142 others wounded in an attack by Israel on Yemen, AFP has reported. 

The Israeli aggression targeted a residential neighbourhood on Al-Raqqas Street and the Dhahban power station in Yemen's capital Sanaa, according to the Houthis.

Israeli forces deployed 20 fighter jets to attack 60 targets in Sanaa on Thursday, targeting Houthi military leaders, command headquarters and weapons depots, Israel's Channel 14 reported.
