Trump meets Arab and Muslim leaders to discuss Gaza

Trump met with Arab and Muslim leaders on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly to discuss Gaza's post-war future. 

“I think we’ll be able to do it. This is the group that can do it,” Trump said as he sat with several leaders, including Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim and Turkish President Erdogan.

“This is my most important meeting,” Trump said, adding that it was of the utmost importance to negotiate the release of captives in Israel.

Qatar Emir Sheikh Tamim said, “The only reason we are here is to stop the war and bring the hostages back, and we count on you and your leadership as well to end this war and to help the people of Gaza.”  

“The situation is very, very, very bad, so we are here to meet, to do everything we can to stop this war and to bring the hostages back,” he said.
