Israeli warplanes continue to bomb refugee camps in Gaza

Israeli warplanes continued to bomb the vicinity of Unrwa schools on Al-Nasr Street, west of Gaza City, Palestinian media reported on Monday. 

The reports said that artillery simultaneously shelled the northern outskirts of the Al-Shati refugee camp, west of the city.

World leaders have currently gathered in New York City for the UN General Assembly conference, where France and Belgium recognised Palestinian statehood. 

Portugal has also recognised the State of Palestine, following UK, Canada and Australia.
