Israeli forces destroy residential block in Gaza City

Israeli forces have flattened a residential tower in Gaza City's al-Rimal neighbourhood, less than two hours after issuing expulsion orders to residents, Al Jazeera is reporting.

The army claimed in a post on Telegram that Hamas were using the al-Kawthar tower as an information gathering base, without presenting any evidence.
